PREFERRED LENDER PROGRAM & A $1,500 FINANCING INCENTIVE

Listed below are Berkeley Homes’ preferred lenders. Each of these lenders will contribute an additional $1,500 to be used towards financing, closing costs, rate buy down and/or credit report and appraisal fees, when you come to your loan application with required documents (see Financing Checklist). The lender incentive is in addition to any advertised builder incentives, may only be used to pay for costs associated with obtaining a mortgage loan, and is only available when you close on a new Berkeley home.
