Berkeley Gives Back

Recenetly, members of Berkeley Homes, and their Friends and Family, partnered with HomeAid Colorado to help renovate the Girls Hope home in Aurora. Boys Hope/Girls Hope helps academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential and become men and women for others by providing value-centered, family-like homes, opportunities and education, all the way through college.  Specifically, Boys Hope Girls Hope provides youths with long-term care within non-institutional homes staffed with live-in residential counselors who challenge its scholars to live up to their potential while developing a strong spiritual and moral foundation.  These children and young adults are academically capable but unable to succeed in school because of some factor either in their home or in their neighborhood.  Boys Hope Girls Hope of Colorado depends solely on private contributions from individuals, foundations and corporation--they do not seek any government money.

We were honored to be able to help make the living spaces more usable for all the girls living in the home. Thank you HomeAid and Girls Hope for allowing us to lend a helping hand!
