A recent article was released on our NorthSky at RidgeGate MAME award winnings! You can read it below:
“Denver, Colorado, October 14, 2014 — Denver-based homebuilder, Berkeley Homes, in partnership with Harvard Communities, was awarded this year’s MAME Award for Project of the Year, one of the annual event’s most prestigious awards. MAME, an acronym for Marketing and Merchandising Excellence, is the Denver areas home building industry’s annual gala to honor top marketing and architectural achievements in the new home industry. The event was held Saturday, October 4th at the Sewell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
The high honor was awarded for the Berkeley/Harvard NorthSky community in the RidgeGate master planned community, located in south metro Denver’s burgeoning Lone Tree area. “We are very pleased to have received this award for NorthSky,” says president of Berkeley Homes, Rich Laws, adding, “NorthSky is a collection of 33 great home sites on a dramatic hillside that overlooks Colorado’s gorgeous front range and the Denver downtown skyline. We consider it the crown jewel location in RidgeGate.”
NorthSky’s home sites are thoughtfully arranged to take advantage of the views afforded by the community’s elevated topography. “Warm, modern architecture with a mix of rich materials and curves and angles makes the community stand out as something special and different,” says John Keith, owner and president of Harvard Communities and NorthSky project partner. “The community’s superior location and rich collection of amenities only adds to its magnificent appeal.”
Set off by elegant entry monument at the RidgeGate community, NorthSky by Berkeley Homes features easy access to miles of walking trails, parks and open space, the Lone Tree Rec Center, the Lone Tree Performing Arts Center as well as plentiful shopping and nightlife attractions in both RidgeGate and the nearby Park Meadows area. The community is also well located near the SkyRidge Hospital, Cabela’s and the new Charles Schwab office campus, with easy access to Interstates 25, Colorado 470 and south metro light rail stops.
Says Laws, “Being honored with this prestigious MAME Award is humbling, but it is also a peer-based confirmation that our Berkeley/Harvard team is listening to the needs of the market, while planning and delivering superior home buying opportunities.”
NorthSky is a joint venture between Berkeley Homes and Harvard Communities, two of Colorado’s locally owned and most respected homebuilders since 1985.”
