  1. Start by choosing a community for your client on our website.
  2. Then check-out our interactive floorplans, 3D walk throughs and model home video tours.
  3. Once you’ve narrowed it down to the plan your client prefers:
    • Check out our Quick Move-In Homes to see if that plan is currently under construction or ready now.
    • If not, we can work with you and your client to customize your chosen plan on your choice of homesite.
  4. Next schedule a private onsite tour (we’ll utilize our protective guidelines for your safety and ours) or a virtual meeting via video chat with our Community Manager.
  5. When you’re ready to buy we’ll send all documents via DocuSign® for a touch-less transaction. And our closing companies are standing by for remote or drive through closings.
